Summary: The analyses has been done on the sample groups of some younger and adult top athletes in a larger number of sports events, with the objective to establish the values of different programmes of sports preparations and, especially, the values of methodical procedures important for the development of anthropological characteristics and for the acquisition and improvement of motor abilities. In order to make it possible for the research results to reach the adequate level of generalization, we have also analyzed the sports activities, as well as the influence of some anthropological characteristics on the results in particular sports. The results of these analyses show us a large potential of economic and rational planning and programming of sports preparations, provided that all these procedurres have been based on accurately defined initial levels of sports form and on the awareness of the importance of particular sports events. It is necessary to go on with the researches on the values of particular methods of learning and exercising, because the researches that have been done in the past have not completely solved the problem of superiority of some methods, the problem of load and the problem of the contents of the training.

Research goals: The results of the analyses that have been done till now and that have been concerned with the efficiency of the programming of the transformational processes and, especially, with the value of particular methods of exercising and learning, have not fully answered these, for kinesiology, very important questions. The testing of hypotheses about the efficiency of particular methods, the hypotheses about the load and the contents of training hasn't always been done in the best possible way up to now, because of the lack of measuring instruments, suitable programmes and accurate defining of methods for the acquisition of motor knowledge and for the development of anthropological characteristics. The basic objective of this research is to define the efficiency of methods necessary for the analysis of sports locomotion performed in particular sports events and for the analysis of the influence of different functional, motor and morphological characteristics on the achievement in sport. Thereafter, the main objective of this research is to establish the efficiency of particular training methods, and the efficiency of the programmes of sports preparations that have to ensure the improvement of training and sports form of athletes of different ages and quality. On the basis of the results we can significantly influence the development of the basic knowledge from the field of the kinesiology of sport, as well as from the field of the technology of training, especially in the part dealing with methodical composition and control of the training and competition results. This paper belongs to original scientific papers, with a wide range of possible applications in the field of kinesiology, programming of the training and the training technology in different sports events (basketball, handball, volleyball, football, wrestling, judo, athletics, swimming, sports and rhythmic gymnastics, dancing, etc.).
