Summary: The aims of the school libraries project "Models
ofcommunications information paradigm" are:
a) to investigate the relationship between librarian informationtechnology
and education systems
b) to studying directly from the sources of information andknowledge
c) to find out the ways in which the students are educated andways in which
library could be included and used in this processof education
d) to use language and its rules in order to prepare and findinformation
and knowledge

Research goals: The aims of this project are: -through investigation
of the basic determinations of communications - information paradigm of
school libraries, and the development of models of including the school
library as an active participator in the process of education in all the
subjects with the help of references and data banks. -to research
information system in detail, analyse such systems in the world, their
advantages and disadvantages and then suggest how to solve the same
problems in this country. On the basis of this research to develop models
of education for customers and make them able to use and practise their
