Summary: At the 90th, economics development is based on the high technologies of all spheve og business. High technologies makse possible the conomic growth by the agency of business automation. Business automation is prerequisite to economic growth of the Republic Croatia and its integration to Europe and world. Here is presented the contemporary concept proceeded to business automation in market economics from the treatment of business communications and documenttations to the contemplation of business operation in trade as a whole, and support of informations technology. Researches autocome is a suggestion of softwares application program fo commercial business in smal and middle commercial firms.

Research goals: Business Informatization changes work technology in proceedingbusiness transaction in firms, and is subsitute manaually or bybusiness machine by the agency of automation. Projects purpose is to extend woof for the new way of business inpurchasing and selling business (commercial business) in smal andmiddle commercial firms which are the big segment at thatactivity. Project consist of research at the field economics andinformation literary. It is necessary that economics literacyrespond a question how ave transactions constructed (formed) adthe contemporary marketing on the basis of foreign and domesticliterature, also on the field research, and it is wanting thatinformation literacy respond a question how implemented businessby the agency of automation. Mentioned attitudes are elaborated in the context of business offirm and firm informatization here is presented the contemporaryconcept proceeded to business automation in market economics fromthe treatment of business communicaiton and documentation to thecontemplation of business operations in trade as a whole, becausebarriers and divisions disappears into foreign and home trade. Business contemporary concept is realize thraugh firm Systems forbusiness process in small and middle firms are elaborated.Subject-matter suggest equipment which has users approach(friendly) to realized new way of business in our commercialfirms. Researches autocome is a sugggestion of softwares applicationprogram for commercial business in small and middle commercialfirms which ave based an this project research. We are planningto perform the programs design with cooperation of one domesticfirm which makes software, that the programme product be infunction, but not only experimental development of product. The project works will be announeed in collection of papers, andwe are planning a symposium under the title: BUSINESS OPERATIONAND TRADE
