Summary: The aim of this presented research is synthesis of that organophosphorus compounds which schould have efficacy and universal antidotal properties in the case of poisoning by organophosphorus copmounds and also studies of mechanisms of the biological and protection activity of the antidotes.

Research goals: HI-6 represents the last achievement in the field of protection from poisoning with organic compounds on its example too, we proved that the so called cholinesterase thoery is not universal when protection is concrned. It does not explain the action of different oximes on cholinesterases inhibited by different organophosphorus compound. This stays an open field of research for novel oximes bonded to various heterocyclic and other systems. The purfase of this work is to get new insights in (the mechanism) of the effects of organophosphorus compounds as well as thase of antidotal effects of oximes. The final goal is to find an universal antidote of lowest toxicity and of such chemical characteristics that it will be possible to use it in preventation as well as medicinal purposes.
