Summary: Through the changes within the scope of proprietary
relations in the field of real estate, trough abollishing land maximum
limit, denationalization of land and trough other positive steps the
possibilites for the extension and intensifying of land consolidation
activities in the Republic Croatia have been opened. The land consolidation
activity has so far been directed mostly towards the arrangement of farm
land in public property. The land consolidation which is to be performed
under the new conditions, should have the character of complex space
arrangement conveying also the realization of spatial urbanistic plans. The
task of the research refers to the enlargement of land consolidation
activity and to the discovering of the model for performing the land
consolidation works, which would be in accordance whith the new methods and
our conditions. The realization of this plane evokes the necessity for
renovation and updating of the land register.
Keywords: land redistribution-land consolidation, cadastre, land register
Research goals: The complexity of land consolidation works in
indicated as the syinthesis of: geodetic works on the detailed land
surveying, determing and sorting out propriatory and law realtions,
planning and projecting traffic and hydrotechnical objects, planning and
projecting spatial arrangement of farm land with the belonging settlements.
Goal of the suggested research is: a) to unify the cadastre and land
register data and their integration into the modern land information
system, b) to find out the suitable technology for projecting and executing
of land consolidation by applying modern electrotechnical, especially
photogrammetric equipment and the appropriate methods of surveying and data
processing, c) to rationalize the method of planning and projecting
hydrotechnical works in general and in connection with the dynamics of
performing these works within the scope of land consolidation procedure, d)
to spread the land consolidation activities onto the building site,
especially by the realization of detailed arrangement plans. Other information about the project.
