Summary: Wastewater from the technological process and applications
of organic dyes are significant environmental contaminants.Investigation
methods for the decoloration of strongly colored wastewaters have not been
used recently in our country.A specific quality of problem based on dyes
requires the physical-chemical-biological research depending on industrial
process production.Results that will give the scientific approach to the
problem of wastewater treatment,and relative parameters for process design
are expected.
Research goals: 1.Determination of all relevant data for the
pollution of wastewater from manufacturers and users of organic
dyes;2.Establishment of safety measure against environmental pollution with
toxic and carcinogenic materials;3.To estimate the optimal purification
methods for industrial water from the gratest consumers of organic dyes by
analysing the obtained results and taking into consideration the maximum
allowable dosis of a toxic substance before draining;4.The intention is to
find presence of organic dyes as extremly harmful organic compounds
;5.Results will be used as the basis for the process design development.
