Summary: Investgation of immunological oral diseases wuld include mucocutasneous autoimmune disorders, systemic autoimmune disorders, immunodeficiecies,AIDS, and oral allergic reactions.Target of research would be to determine etiological factors wich initiate inadequate immunological respons,determine type of immunological disorders concrning the level of immunological reaction,determination of exosting of possibility of apearance of oral immunological diseases, possibility of their successful treatment, partculary to determine importance of immunomodulation therapy.

Keywords: Immunological reactions in the mouth, oral immunological disturbances, immunological reactions of oeral mucosa,histopathology and histochemistry,cellular immunological respond, secretory immunoglobulin,immunohystochemistry.

Research goals: Investigation would include oral mucosae disease with immunological pathogenesis, mucocutan autoimmune disorders, systemic autoimunic disorders, immunodeficiensy and oral allergic reactions,with following areas of concern to determinate: -etiological factors wich initiate inadequate immunological responde of oraltissue, -kind of inadequate immunological reactions regarding wether it is local immunological reaction of wether it is within systemic reaction. -establishment of tendency towards inadequate immunological reactions wich result with oral disease. diagnostic methodfs for determination of inadequate immunological response from oral disease, -possibilities of treating oral disease with immunological pathopgenesis, -and determine role of immunomodulation therapy in cases of immunological oral diseases. EXPECTED RESULTS Determination of systemic immunological disorders in appearance of local oral diseases of recurrent or chronical cause. Local immunological respond on changes in mucosae wich will be determined hysto-chemically and immunohystochemically with apparence of specific cell elements of inflamation to remission,following saliva Iga. Adherence of microorganism candida or streptoccocus on oral ephitel cells reinforced as possible initiator of local immunological disorders and influence of systemic factors of human body on appearance of oral immunological diseases Determination of HLA antigen as proof of genetc predispositions in oral lichen.
