Summary: Investigations are referring to the finishing of olive
cake and to its use in domestic animals nutrition. The industrial waste is
to be turned into a worthy raw material for fattening different species of
animals. Nutritive investigations are referring to the use of various
quantities of finished olive cake in fattening poultry, swine, ruminants
and hoofed animals. As breeding so fattening cattle would be comprised in
investigation. In researching the olive cake the production properties of
it, then the physiology and pathology of the nutrition of trial animals
would be followed. The effect of different quantities of olive cake in
fodder on the meat quality of all the mentioned species on animals included
in trial would be followed also.
