Summary: The treatment of communal waste is a problem of urban
environments. The solutions are different: depositing, recycling,
composting, incineration, pyrolitic burning and so on. By multidisciplinary
research energetic, ecological and economical aspects of waste treatment
would be considered for the case of pyrolitic burning treatment and
composting treatment with special accent on agricultural usage. From the
results which would be verified by previous consideration, the testing
equipment will be suggested which would be the optimal solutions from
ecological, energetic and economic aspects. The result expected from this
assignment is finding the most suitable methodology for different systems
and specific environments: urban settlements, touristic resorts,
agricultural environment and industry always in the conditions of coastal
region. The results of the research will be a good base for law regulation.
Special accent would be given to the usage of the results of the
investigation for practical purposes.

Research goals: The municipal waste management in specific
conditions at the coastal region cosed by ecological setbacks and
devastation of the environment, engages more and more researchers in the
world and at home. All the tries which have been put to function in our
conditions at the sea shore with the solve intention of waste management
need to be verified scientifically. The aim of the proposed research is to
define the conditions of municipal waste recycling as fuel as well as the
compost application; the aim of research is to establish: - the suitable
system for energy supplying the burning part of municipal waste, - possible
technology for altering the municipal mud and communal waste into compost,
- the fields of application of produced energy and compost received for
different purposes and in agriculture, - the influence of the rest of the
energy burning and elements of the compost, especially heavy metals, on
natural balance in soil, - the influence of the primary selection of
communal waste on the cost of the solutions suggested and - interactions of
different procedures in the complete system apart from the already
mentioned. The aim of the research is the building of the testing equipment
in which one part of the results will be verified.
