Summary: The scoppe of research and developement: 1. Screw joints,
press joints and springs 2. Sliding bearings 3. Mechanical power
transnission. The contents of research: 1.1 The calculation and design of
screw joints with corresponding software for caluculating and design. 1.2
The calculation of shrank fits. 1.3 The calculation of springs. 2.1 The
developement of algorithm for calculating of sliding journal bearing wth
hydrodinamical lubrication. 2.2 The research, developement and design of
sliding bearings with hydrostatic lubrication and specialy developed flow
distributors. 2.3 Research and developement of MGF journal bearings. 3.1
The theoretical and experimental research of contact pressure of conforming
cylindrical bodies. 3.2 The theoretical and experimental research of
toothings with special sinusoidal profil, the tooth geometry, meshing
conditions, load capacity and tribological properties. 3.3 Research of
tooth fillet stress with FEM and BEM especialy on toothing with thin rims.
3.4 Geometry optimalization of involute toothing with regard of friction
losses. 3.5 The developement of software for cylindrical and bewel gears
for calculating of geometry, load capacity and tribological conditions. 3.6
The research of mechanical properties of radial hydromotors. 3.7 The
research of worm gears.
Research goals: 1.1 The improvement and rationalisation of
calculation and design of bolted fasteners. The scope is realised. 1.2 The
improvement and rationalisation of tightened fasteners. The work is in
course. 1.3 The improvement and rationalisation of design and calculation
of springs. The work is in course. 2.1 The development of calculation of
cylindrical journal bearings with hydrodynamic lubrication and their THD-
state. The scope is fully realised. 2.2 The research of new possibilities
for flow control of hydrostatic axial and radial bearings with real volume
flow distributors. The application of these distributors shown the
excellent characteristic of rigidity and power loses. 2.3 The research of
segmented non cylindrical journal bearings with hydrodynamic lubrication.
The work is in course. 3.1 The research of contact pressure of conformed
cylindrical bodies. The work is 50% completed. 3.2 The potentiality of
applications of sinusoidal tooting for gear design are accomplished and the
advantages and the possibilities of these gearing are discussed. The scope
is fully realised. 3.3 The discovering of rational calculation of stress in
tooth fillet on gearing with thin rim are presented. 3.4 The optimisation
of tooth geometry regarding to minimum friction losses is presented. 3.5
The software for rational calculation of gear transmissions and application
of international standards is completed. 3.6 The optimisation of cam
profiles for hydraulic motor is in course.
